M.E.N.D. in the city of Pacoima provides free meals and food distributions. Services are available to individuals and families who reside within MEND’s area of service and meet income guidelines. First Lutheran Church in the city of Van Nuys provides free meals and food distributions Mon. – Fri 9 AM to 2:30 PM. For more information please call (818) 989-5844.
Osborne Neighborhood Church in the city of Arleta provides free meals and food distributions every 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month 10 AM- 12 PM (or until they serve everyone). For more information please call (818) 899-7473.
Family Rescue Center in the city of Canoga Park provides free meals and food distributions Mon-Fri 9AM -1 PM; Clothing Mon -Thu 9AM12:30PM, Fri 9AM- 12PM. This center serves the following cities: Canoga Park, West Hills, Tarzana, Northridge, Woodland Hills, and Reseda. Guadalupe Community Center in the city of Canoga Park provides free food distributions every Mon, Wed, Fri 9 AM- 1 PM. Requirements: Must live in the area; ID required. For more information please call (818)340-2050.
Our Redeemer Outreach in the city of Winnetka provides free food distributions every Wed, Thur, Fri 10 AM- 2:30 PM. This organization also provided clothing and showers as well. For more information please call (818)341-1629.

LA County Library online provides resources and online free tutoring in math,science, reading, and writing, social studies, PSAT/SAT, ACT, AP, state standardized tests, and even a language lab for those learning Spanish or Mandarin.
